SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 79

Suspending Joint Rule No. 5, relating to consideration of a bill on
third reading in its house of origin after the fiftieth day.
Senate Bill No. 761, Increasing deposit into higher education
improvement fund for higher education.
Resolved by the Legislature of West Virginia, two thirds of
the members in each house agreeing thereto:
That the provisions of Rule No. 5 of the Joint Rules of the
Senate and House of Delegates are hereby suspended for the express
purpose of consideration of Senate Bill No. 761.
